Joe Simpson was arrested for DUI around 10PM on Saturday (August 4) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.
The 54-year-old father of Jessica Simpson was busted on Ventura Blvd.
Joe spent the night behind bars and was released the next day, according to TMZ.
Since this is Joe‘s first offense, he will likely not get any jail time but will have to pay a hefty fine.
“Responsibility has drastically changed my life,” Jessica tweeted later in the evening. “Saturday night drink of choice…. WATER! :)”
