Cold/sore throat remedies when pg?

Please help!

I'm feeling today - splitting headache, sore throat, bunged up, dizzy when I stand up and can't breathe. I've had 2 paracetamol, put some snufflebabe on and lots of hot drinks.

Any other ideas?

When I had a cold when I was pg, I did lots of inhaling steam with a towel over my head and that helped - but it made me dizzy so probably not a good idea if you're already dizzy
