Theo's got hand, foot and mouth disease!
He's been so poorly today at the creche, not a drop of liquid or a single piece of food has passed his lips.
He then screamed and screamed and we saw he had some blisters on his tongue.
Went home early, took a cab straight to the Doctors, who checked his feet and ton gue and disgnosed hand, foot and mouth diesease!
His little girlfriend had the same thing last week, but was diagnoised with something else (blisters on tongue- antibiotics..)
In fact antobiotics wont treat it, so he just has to suffer for a week or so
His little girlfriends cousin was also diagnosed with the same hand, foot and mouth today!
He has screamed non-stop for a couple of hours now, and he wants food so badly, but I can tell he is scared of the pain in his mouth.
Just dosed him up on Nurofen & calpol and he's just had a few sips of milk
My poor babe
He has to stay home for a week or so as it'll spread to other kids...
Doctor said he probably wotn eat at all, so try to give him icecream and milk, but he wont even have icecream, just tried.
Ah bummer

Ah poor Theo

Logan had it last year when we were away on holiday.
You should get some Daktarin cream from the chemist to put on the blisters in his mouth, it REALLY helped Logan when he had it, it made such a difference.
