3 yrs old and having a tooth out.

Poor R has got to have one of his front teeth removed - he broke it quite badly on a flower pot last year and the dentist says it's now died off so needs to be taken out so the adult tooth doesn't get damaged.

He'll be under a general anaesthetic, has anyone any experience of this? Will I be able to stay with him when he has it done?

No experience sorry but i'm sure he'll be ok, aside from the gap until his adult tooth comes though

    Poor Roo though

DC I had to have my front two teeth removed under GA when I was 3. It's actually the first memory I have.

My Dad was able to stay with me and it was fine once they finally caught me and put me in the chair (I remember running round and round).

    Hope R is okay

    Thanks both.x

Squeaker, one of my first memories is trying to count to 10 whilst inhaling "laughing gas" at the dentist, about to have a filling.....
