Our house fell through
Well after all my excitement a few weeks ago, we got the survay back on friday and there is subsidence and structural damage to the house
so we were turned down for a co-ownership mortgage. We had just had all the financial bits and bobs cleared up a few days before so were just waiting on the survay.
So its back on the hunt again. I have spotted a beautiful house on propertynews, OH says he wasnt completely sure, but go and see it, noticed it last week when i was poking about to see what was still out there, but it has come up sale agreed now!
Should I ring and see what the offer is, and see if they are allowing any more viewings? It may have been sale agreed last week, I just cant remember

Sorry the sale fell through

And about for the other house - you dont ask you dont get. so give the EA a ring. worst they can say is no....
The house we are now in was "sold" but the buyer wasnt in a position to move so the owners were still taking viewings....have pangs of guilt every now and again but if we hadnt have phoned we wouldnt be in there now
Good luck and I hope you find your perfect home soon.

Since I was last here I had a beautiful wedding in May 2009 and then gave birth to a gorgeous baby girl in May 2010. Very happy indeed.

Oh I am sorry to hear that you lost your house
I always leave my details if I like somewhere even if the sale has been agreed. So many sales fall through at the early stages.... in fact we only got our home because I was called the day it went back on the market after a buyer pulled out.
Good luck sweetie,

Sorry it didn't all work out with the house
I hope you find somewhere else that you love that won't have all those problems.
