    Gah freezer left open

Now I have a shedload of food to sort out

What can I do with the half leg of lamb and the joint of topside that I had bought for roast dinners in the next 24hrs to enable them to be used?!!!

Gonna belt DH when he gets in!!!!

I was going to blame it on pregnancy brain but I don't think he qualifies!

You can roast, carve and refreeze the meat (just don't add gravy - but that's a whole other story...)

He's already had an ear bashing from me whilst at work. He'd better be on tea making duties and early morning calls tomorrow or he'll be really sorry!

I didn't realise you could roast and reheat a joint of meat mrsironted (where the feck did you get that name from anyway!!!)

Vickytoria - the idea of casseroling had crossed my mind. If all else fails it will have to be that, tbh I'm a bit gutted by the prospect since current cravings tend to be roast dinners for breakfast !!!!

lack of imagination and a husband who supports west ham

I had a friend who used to cook meals overnight in a slow cooker and have them for breakfast

You obviously haven't met my MIL

Her idea of Sunday Lunch is cooking the meat on Saturday and then carving. She then Sunday morning reheats the meat in the gravy on the cooker top . She even does this for Xmas dinner

I wonder why I've never eaten anything more than toast there
