Breastfeeding and wind... which foods give it?
OK, while I refuse to give up chocolate, DD is a touch windy and it's getting annoying at night when it takes ages to get her back to sleep. So... which foods is it that I'm eating that are supposed to aggrevate wind? I know chocolate and strawberries are possible contenders...... anything else?
Did have an interesting nappy after a curry the other day, so maybe there is a connection!

Re: Breastfeeding and wind... which foods give it?
I have no idea - both mine were very windy and I could never pin it down to one food. Do you have a very fast let down? This was part of my problem and the only cure seems to be to let them feed directly on top of you so the milk has to flow "up hill". Never seemed very comfortable to me though.
though as I know how horrid wind can be.
