How is this for a birth story
A friend of mine sent me a text to tell me she had, had her baby girl. She was delievered on her sons birthday, by her husband.
I have now spoken to her, bascially to cut a long story short, she went straight into 2nd stage labour. Was in labour for 30 minutes.
her husband was on a 999 call, she said get me into the bedroom now, she had the urge to push. She pushed once the baby's head came out, 2nd push the shoulders, 3rd push out came the baby.
So it all took about 30 minutes to an hour. Baby and mum doing well.
Her poor son was so distraught though he had been locked into the living room and was screaming as he could hear his mum crying and screaming out.
Her last birht was so different.

Wow that was fast!
Shame about her son he must have been terrified wondering what was happening to her.... I'd have just let him watch to be honest I think.
Hope she's feeling ok today... the shock might catch up with her!
