Nice ways to cook curly kale?

I've got some of this to do with steaks and smash hot potatoes for tea but have never cooked it before. Any suggestions on what would be yummy?

I've also got broccoli, red onions & giant flat mushrooms if you don't think it would work with the steaks... just fancied a change!

    Thanks

I've had this before. I just shred it and steam it, then serve with malt vinegar sprinkled on. But I'm a bit odd like that - I even have vinegar on my brussels sprouts and runner beans!

Hmmm... not sure about the vinegar. I could shred and steam it then toss with butter and lots of black pepper

I think, with steak, I'd probably par-boil it then stir-fry it with garlic
