Quick help - entertaining her while I work

Poor thing watched a lot of telly this am.

But I have to try and get some more work done.

She's figured out how to open the gate on her door

Here she comes

Any ideas?

How about giving her a box of "treasures" bookie? You can change these often so she doesn't get bored - just household things such as: thick bangles, old remote control/mobile with batteries out, couple of bits from the kitchen - wooden spoons, plastic beakers etc, a magazine (for ripping!), pretty bits of cloth etc etc.

Sorry I should have said she's just finished her nap, I didn't have her locked in her room or anything

that's a fab idea Narcissa. She has lots of bits of cloth somewhere actually!
