I am so so fecked off now this whole thing is doing my head in now i am literally pulling my hair out
Just been to my buyers they said they have had no calls, no letters no one has been in contact with them
I have said the paperwork for them has been ready to sign all week for them & they need to go in & sign it.
She said she would monday i said she needed to book a appointment & that if it wasnt done fri then we all lose our houses
Outside her house i phoned the EA & they called her & she didnt answer the phone
she is there so why isnt she picking the phone up
I cant go back as im going out. I dont understand why they are being like this the EA said they have called loads everyone has left messages there solicitor has been trying to call them
Im so frustrated now, i am ready to lump someone out& there is feck all i can do
Im going to lose my house the top of the chain are back friday & its all because of our buyers being twats & i dont know why

Re: RAGHHHHH FFS....
what a fecking nightmare. I can't believe they're still messing about - have the buyers got a mortgage offer?
Is there anyway you could remarket your house and move out anyway? you might be able to switch your current mortgage to a buy to let while it's on the market?

Re: RAGHHHHH FFS....
I would go back there tomorrow and have it out with her, ask why she is doing this and demand some honest answers.
If she still plays dumb, ask her to ring the EA whilst you are still there or better still ring the EA from your mobile whilst you have her there and pass them onto her.
Sirry you are having to go through this, how immensly frustrating and annoying

Re: RAGHHHHH FFS....
that could work - but I can understand how frustrated you are, you shouldn't have to be sorting this out - your EA's should be chasing them

Re: RAGHHHHH FFS....
Yes they have the morgage offer they have everything they just need to sign these papers so he can apply for the LSP loan which takes 5 days then we can exchange

Were already paying £760 on our house now when b4 we were tied into a fixed deal it was £550. There is no way we could afford 2 morgages & all the bills etc

Re: RAGHHHHH FFS....
I want to go back there but i dont want to push her so she thinks "im getting all this hassel" & we lose them. I think thats a good idea though about phoning the EA whilst she is there she will be made to look like a right d*ck
