Inspiration needed for sausages

am bored with sausage casserole & sausages/mash

I have some sausages in the fridge that need eating & need inspiration on what I can do with them!!!

Grilled and served with twice baked potatoes?
Posh sausage sandwiches - serve in ciabatta with caramelised onions and rocket and homemade oven chips
sausage, egg and chips - a fav of my DH

Take the skins off and break them up a bit fry the meat and add to cooked pasta and some pasta sauce and roast veg and make a pasta bake?

Have to say the sausages with lentils is lush!
