yeah - the problem with the new law is that a)they don't seem to be enforcing it & b) the people taking notice of it seem to be the people who were using child seats before it became law anyway....
(until it was publicised, I didn't even realise it WASN'T law - automatically assumed it was. Even if I hadn't, I would have still used them - common sense, innit!)

I nearly went out to confront him as he was parked outside next door blaring his music at full volume and I was worried he'd wake Anna up. I couldn't see who was in the car then but saw when he drove away - glad I didn't say anything now, he would have probably thumped me!
