On Wednesday we have to be at the airport for 6am so wil have to leave home about 5

There is no way we will want to eat anything at that time so I thought i would make us a picnic breakfast but am a bit stumped.

erm, some croissants and small cheeses (the kind you get in a selection bag)
Spanish tortilla wedges (do a small one in an omlette pan; a few new potatoes sliced, some spring onion and garlic and egg)
    some banana's and strawberries

I've made them in advance before. Could put raisins on before flipping them over if you didn't want to put butter on them?

We had them for brekkie today, Del ate 7 mini ones

Hard-boiled eggs if you want protein?

I would tend to just have a cereal bar or jam sandwiches (instead of toast and jam!)
