Mutsy Spider Owners.....help please.

Hi, I'm trying to download instructions for my Mutsy Spider from the Mutsy website but it'll only let me do it if I enter the serial number and production date

I've tried entering the numbers on the sticker that's on the leg but it's not working

Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
How do the relevant numbers appear on your sticker?
Will the download work for you?

If so, please, please, please can you email it to me, before I am driven

I don't have one of these, but it must be SO frustrating!

I've just tried to get on to the Mutsy site for you, but it's taking forever.

Have you tried contacting the shop where you bought it? Hope you're able to get it soon!

Thanks DQ, but unfortunately it was a private Ebay purchase

I wonder if I could wander into the baby shops and study their mutsy spiders or their boxes for a serial number

I'd prob get reported to the Police for suspicious behavior

Hmmm, you should still be able to find out how to get the details. All you can do is contact Mutsy, tell them you bought it off a friend, and they don't have the manual. I reckon they'll still tell you how to do it! And if not, they'll just tell you to buy a brand new one

Otherwise, keep bumping this up, someone must have a Mutsy on here!

Do you know if it is a current model? You might be able to get a copy from a shop. What a hassle to get some instructions!

Try Babystyle, they're Mutsy's distributors in the UK. They should be able to supply instructions, or a list of stockists who might be able to help. 2 left feet are also very keen on mutsy, they might be able to help.
