Has any one done this, would you recommend it and from how many weeks?

Yes, I went from around 20 weeks as I had SPD and found it helped. I think it was from 15 weeks onwards.

I'm now going to Aquafit, which is not a pregnancy class, and it's great, now that I no longer feel comfortable at the gym.

One of the great things about this class is I feel VERY young and VERY slim.

Most of the ladies in the class are minimum age 60 and rather, errr, large .

I find it really supportive to be in the water and will continue going right to the very end if I can.

My SIL teaches Aquafit and I went to one of her classes and felt the same I think I was the youngest there by about 30 years

thanks, i spoke to my mw about it today and she said that she would recommend going as soon as because the sooner i start getting a bit fitter the better, she asked me if i was ready to run the marathon! because thats what labours like

I went with DD from about 20 weeks and I found it fab!! Will deffo be going again this time.

I went every week from about 16wks last time, and I loved it! I made some lovely friends, and it was a great class too.
