How about hummous and salad (whatever you have around, but grated carrot is nice)?

All sounds lovely Cherry. The most adventurous I get is tuna, red onion and mayo!

I would say some garlic-marinated steaks, with stir-fried onion and jalapeño slices, and some chopped tomato

I absolutely love them with ham, fine slices of swiss cheese, salad and mayo. Very simple, but the swiss cheese gives it a yummy flavour. (blatantly stolen from O'Briens sandwich chain - not sure if you have it over there).

Oh just remember another one - shredded duck with hoisin sauce, beansprouts and salad. Can also be made with chicken. DIVINE!

King prawns (sainsburys have them on BOGOF atm) with a cocktail sauce and salad

Chicken mayo with chopped cherry toms, cucumber and spring onions with lettuce.

I forgot about enchiladas too - ok so they're hot but totally scrummy or maybe a cold fajita style with cajun chicken/peppers/onions and creme fraiche or sour cream ??

Me and hubby like to use diced turkey thats been dry fried with some tikka seasoning, loads of iceberg lettuce, spring onions, sliced mushrooms. Hubby likes to have red onion in his but not me, I have garlic dip spread on the inside of the wrap before I put everything else in, hubby loves me for that ........not!
