Still awake

Can't get J to settle tonight. He is so hyped up over today. Does anyone not rest until they are asleep? I can't relax until he is asleep. Never have been able to.

No, me either. I wake up with every little cough (despite turning the monitor off)

I think when they have had a good day out they either zonk out in the car on the way home and stay that way or get hyper and it takes ages for them to come down.

I'm like you in that i need mine to be asleep before i can relax.

He was hyped up , slept in the car on the way back and now is hyped up. At this rate I'll still be up at 1.

Dunno what is going on but he is being a little so and so settling at night. He is only sleeping slighly more than us.

He is just so full on. I had to drag himn out of bed this am to get him to Nursery on time. He has been there and out this afternoon again. He has Nursery again in the am! Why is he still awake??
