    Running or Brisk walking

    Which is better?

    I have Asthma & big boobs so running is a bit of a issue.

    Need to do something....will brisk walking be just as good?

    Brisk walking is very good exercise! I lost loads of weight and toned up my legs when I used to brisk walk every day (this was a few years ago now as have stopped doing it and put weight on )

    I personally think brisk walking is better for you as i think running takes more toll on the body (someone may say I am wrong on this bit though )
