    Gym ball DVD - any recommendations?

    I have a gym ball which I bought to use as a birthting ball and now that I am loosing weight I would like to use it for its proper purpose. I want to get a DVD to do at home and wondered if anyone here has one that you would recommend?

    I got the Gunther Core DVD which i thought was good all the excersise is on the ball and to do with you inner core...
