    If you're out there!

    I had the girls round last night & made the pork with apples, cider & creme fraiche and it was GORGEOUS!! Did it with roasted new potatoes, broccoli and wild mushrooms, washed down with scrummy champagne! Twas divine

    Thanks also to Katkinn for posting about it and inspiring me!

    I think I should be charging commission on my cider chops though.....
