im home alone tonight cause im not well (there watching chloe at karate)so its me and Amy in bed she keeps screaming propper high pitched ..really loud ive run upstairs umpty times and she just keeps sobbing ive given her calpol and ibprofen and she is still doing it..what could it be could it just be im in for one of them nights or could she be having nightmares i hope she isnt ill...OMG!!! she off again now..

Hi Carrie,

Hmmm, have you taken her temp just to check? Could it be teething? Have you got any bonjela you could use on her gums, I find this helps Livvy loads.

If all else fails, give her a nice warm bottle of milk and try to go through the settling routine again, it's what I do when Livvy keeps waking up.

Thomas does this - think its night terrors - its either that or due to teething - I never can tell - he just suddenly wakes up screaming and it can go on for ages like he's in a right state.

Sounds like you have done all you can - ie with the ibuprofen and stuff, just keep and eye on her temperature, im sure she will be fine
