Low blood pressure?
I was at the hospital yesterday having some tests and after taking my blood pressure the nurse mentioned it was very low and do I take medication for it.

As far as I know it had always been 'normal', but she didn't mention it again.
Is it anything to worry about?

Re: Low blood pressure?
Thanks. I feel generally well, but I suppose it would be nice to know.

I have low blood pressure, but it's not affected me.

Re: Low blood pressure?
I have low blood pressure too - all doctors ever say is that it's very healthy to have low blood pressure - what am I complaining about?
The only inconvenience is when it gets so low that it makes me faint (I once even broke my collar bone this way). I find eating
and liquorice and taking kelp helps...

Re: Low blood pressure?
I've always had low blood pressure, last February, at my check up, I asked the doctor if it was low, he said it was (didn't tell me how low), but told me that young girls normally have low blood pressure anyway. He suggested me to eat more salt and drink more water.
Sometimes, however, my blood pressure gets very very low, and then I get migrain (sp?), I've found that a can of coke can help me balance my blood pressure again.
