Is this safe to eat?
I'm just cooking fish provencal, a recipe I've not tried yet. It contains cod and prawns. In this house, we usually stick to salmon and tuna, and I've only recently come to like prawns, so have never cooked with them before.
I used the Young's North Atlantic frozen prawns, and have added them straight to the dish without defrosting, as it said on the packaging that I could. We won't actually be eating this until about 7pm, and I wondered if it'll be ok to reheat this? I imagine it'll be fine, I just wasn't sure if it's the same kind of rules for meat and fish?

Re: Is this safe to eat?
Yeah you can
A: add them to a dish frozen, I often do this, and
B: you can reheat it again later, no problem.
The longest I'd keep cooked prawns, and eat them would be from dinner time to next day lunch time/dinner time.

Cool, didn't know you could do this, so thank you! I usually defrost the prawns first (albeit under the cold tap so it doesn't take long). Ack well, perhaps I should stop and read the packets sometimes
