Doing 1st excersise class tomorrow & what do you think about this?!
Tomorrow i thought id do my 1st excersise class and start as i mean to go on
Im not sure though weather to do
BODY PUMP @t 9.15-10.15
L.B.T NO MAYO @t 5-6
BODY JAM @t 7-8
I have sorted out how im going to spend my weeks, now getting me super toned & back to happy with how i look
MONDAY
Gym a hour doing cardio
TUESDAY
Body Pump 11.15am
WEDS
Gym doing a hour of cardio
THURSDAY
Body pump 12.30 & was thinking of doing L.B.T NO MAYO @t 6.35
Do you think that would be to much though
FRIDAY
Gym a hour cardio
Saturday off
SUNDAY as above, although maybe do 2 of the classes and alternite them every weekend
That means im working out 6 days a week
i have never done that & dont no how easily il stick to it, is 6 days to much? & the programme above i was thinking of?

Personally I would take the Wednesday off as well and only do one class on Thursdays.

I think its too much especially for you, they'll be nothing left of you woman

I assume the LBT is Legs, Bums and Tums, i assume the MAYO bit is a pun on the Lettuce, Bacon & Tomamto sandwich
I think 3 x a week is fine CH, maybe 4 if you want to really push it.

I wouldn't do Body Pump and LBT No Mayo on the same day
I've not done Pump, but from friends that do it, I know it's a bit of a killer
and you would be working your legs, bum and abs twice in one day, which isn't recommended.

When I have done it you come out and your whole body is literally shaking.

Would it be possible to do your cardio before a class - then you wouldn't have to go 6 days a week? Or does that cause problems with the creche?
