Last night was ginger chicken noodles - tweaked to my taste

    Tonight - chicken casserole
Tomorrow - see above as it always makes enough for 2 nights
Thursday - sausages in some form
    Friday - chilli
Saturday - no idea but we're taking A to the cinema so I wonder if DH will take us out for dinner afterwards

Katkinn - have you tried my carrot cake recipe ? It's a massive quantity but could easily be halved or so.

It is really the best carrot cake I've ever made !

I agree - what do they put in it to give it such a vile taste? With one exception - I tried a Lidl one this summer, it looked really homemade so thought I'd give it a go and it was pretty nice! Ok, so nowhere near proper homemade lasgane but quite decent!
