How long does it take you to feed your baby food?

Title says it all really.
I guess for us it differs from day to day, some days if I let him eat himself it takes 40mins, if I fed him it takes 30 mins or so.

What about you?

Mine is older but It takes us at least 40-45 minutes for a meal. The HV said she will have eaten all she is going to eat in 10 minutes.

About ten minutes if I'm feeding him and probably 15 or 20 minutes if he's feeding himself.

Probably about 10 minutes actually feeding, but more time faffing about warming and preparing etc. He doesnt feed himself much yet, I guess that will slow things down a lot!

I feed Jack - takes about 10-15 minutes.

I've always allowed about half an hour. If it's something she likes (like a hot dinner) she'll get it down her quite quickly so it might only take 15 minutes, but with sandwiches and stuff she tends to pick at it and mess around, throwing it on the floor etc and that usually takes quite a bit longer!

Yeah same here Didds.
If he likes the dish, it's fast like 15 mins, but if he is not bothered or distracted, it takes a lot of faffing about, and then he has a drink, and then more food, and then perhaps a fromage frais and sometimes a banana, and all in all the time adds up.

It depends on how hungry and distracted he is. it could be anything from 10 minutes to as long as I stick at trying to get it into him!

If it's something like toast that he is feeding himself with then he's probably eaten all he will eat within 20-30 minutes and after that he just flings it about
