. Keeping socks on a newborn....

I'm looking for some tips as to how to keep leaf's little socks on him!!!!!
I do have some trousers that have feet built in, but quite a few that don't and any socks I have work their way off his feet.
They're either too small and slip off themselves, or they're too big anh he kicks them off!!!

    Help please...!!

Sainsburys do some good ones that are terry fabric lined - the only other thing I can think of is trying to find some with elasticated tops - we have the same problem here

Those little leather/suede shoes with elastic round the top - Robeez. My LO won't keep her socks on either but when she's got those shoes on she can't get them off. Plus they're really, really cute!

You can get cheaper ones on ebay

hi littlepinkpiglet - so they stay on then?? Excellent. I have seen some good qulity 2nd hand ones, so may try & get those.

icclebunny - only problem is we don't have Sainsburys over here . I'll look for some similar ones though.

    Thanks.

Baby Gap ones are fluffy inside too, and they stay on my little one's tootsies really well, where other varieties are off in seconds.
