Hope you have a speedy recovery. If you can see a physio as soon as ossicle I think it made a real difference when I did mine.
Although - don't underestimate a sprain!! I was on crutches for 2wks and my physio cheerfully told me "you'd have been better off breaking it".
Hope your recovery is smooth and pain free - did they give you the co-codomol? If not you can get the lower dose over the counter & it helped at night for me (as I couldn't even have a sheet on mine it hurt so much
)

I wasn't given anything except advice, whatever painkillers you like, rest And elevate it. In and out in 57 minutes which was brilliant.
Thanks for all your good wishes DH will be very happy when I'm back to normal, I told him a woman's work is never done, you should have seen the look he gave me :)

Thinking about it the physio advice came from occ. Health at work.
The crutches came from A&E.
hope you're back on your feet soon.
