I order 75 sticky plus 75 iron on. The iron on ones are fine for knitwear. DD1 is on her second batch and DD1 is still on her first.

I have First Name, Last Name the first line (you could use 2 lines for the name) and DH's mobile number on 2nd line.

George and Brad, free with every BlueKat post...bargain !

I didn't ever label nursery stuff, other than jackets that other kids had the same one, and uniform, in reception year. Even if he were to lose a vest, he'd come home with another one on, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

DD1's school asks that underpants and socks/tights etc are labelled, but I've never bothered. She knows which kecks belong to her

Actually, I might get away with this, I'm thinking, before he turns 1 and moves rooms - the next room is quite big though.
Just realised I'll have to label all his bottles that are going in too, though, and it will need to be dishwasher (or steriliser) proof. They will keep bottles in for you and make them up, but we'll need them back eventually. Nail varnish? Sticky labels?

Those nametags I mentioned earlier are dishwasher proof. Sharpies last a while too with the dishwasher.

PS haven't seen a pic of him for a while on Damsels Mums' Photos, I'm assuming he's still as cute?

I had stick on name labels with clear plastic labels that went over the top which are good for water bottles, bottles, shoes etc. I got them from GB name tapes I think.

I just put her first initial then full surname, onto the clothing labels already inside...with school clothes I bought ready made personalised labels which just require a bit of sewing.
