I think I'm pretty much done with BF now - NRR

Since Oren has had chicken pox he's had less and less milk from me, especially when his mouth was sore. Recently he's only asked for it once or twice a week. He did have a longish feed on Saturday and really seemed to enjoy it but I think that the chicken pox plus me going back to work has been the beginning of the end.

I like the freedom but am gutted that he's grown up so quickly. He's totally in Daddy mode at the moment which hasn't helped

I know I've fed longer than is probably usual (he's 21 months, Oscar was 2yrs 1 month when he stopped) but even so, the last nearly 2 years has flown by and I will really miss breastfeeding

Maybe I need to work on DH for a 3rd baby.....

I felt really sad when I stopped feeding L at 14 months. Partly because I think she'll be my last and so no more breast feeding ever, and partly because it felt like my baby was really growing up.

I think it is always a bit of a sad time when an 'era' ends.
