Anyone on O2 and having problems today?

Oh I've just noticed this now, it's showing as having signal but I can't text or make calls.

My work phone on O2 can make calls but not receive them, but my friend has the opposite problem. Very odd.

I couldn't send texts earlier this morning but can now.

I heard them say on the news that if you turn off your 3G you can gat calls and texts, until it's fixed.
