Extension costs?

Can anyone give me a rough cost for a brick extension

Basically a porch and siZe of porch but we want it to be part of the house to open up/extend hall Iyswim so would be brick not glass

I've seen figures of £1,500 to £ 1,750 per square metre quoted. Smaller ones cost more per sqm.

Definitely not! It wasn't mine, so I don't know for sure, but I think it included VAT & internal stuff.* They've moved instead.

actually I think our original quote was for first fix electrical and plumbing only so all in, yes you may well be right.
