I overslept this morning, by an hour!

I managed to get DD to school more or less on time, but now I feel totally

I think it's partly because the weather is again here.

Soaking wet here too, very depressing I'm hunting for a key note speaker for a work event and I can't believe the cost of some people

Hating the weather. Car is in for MOT so DS and I are trapped in the house

I've got the rest of the week off work too so of course it's forecast to rain all week

Dropped M at preschool, did a quick dash around Sainsburys, gave O a banana to eat on the way to monkey music. Parked at Mm and turned around to see that he had mushed it in his hair, jeans, cardy, car seat. Not great considering I was supposed to be going straight to M's sports day after MM. We dingied Mm and then came home. O is now clean and having an early nap and I am enjoying a peaceful 10 minutes. Quite pleased now that he mushed the banana everywhere!

Urgh it's miserable here, I'm on 3rd cup of tea and am trying to muster enthusiasm to go out and do something with my Z but am not doing very well

Very glad to work from home on a day like this, and thankful that we invested in a washer/drier recently. And that mrb does the school run! :D

First week day of the summer holidays, pissing with rain, boys had their hair cut and are now bored stiff. Ho hum not sure what we will do as have to wait in for man to fix boiler. After maybe.. NOT... SOFT...PLAY, ok maybe soft play

Miserable weather here. Had dentist and hygienist appt and cost £100! Am working now (invoices) and getting a few jobs done. Pilates at 1pm.

Made some sourdough bread at the weekend and it tasted yucky, I hate that, that I can't seem to replicate recipes. The bread we made at River Cottage was amazing (they weighed everything out for us!) and I just couldn't get it the same!
