Re: What are your routines?timings?
Ours is somewhere in the region of:
Wake 8am - Bottle
8.30am-10am - Nap
Midday - lunch & water
3pm - Bottle
4.30pm - 5pm - Tea & part bottle
approx 30min nap
6.30pm - 7pm - porridge & part bottle
8pm - bed
That is really rough timings.
Apart from after her first bottle, Sadie doesn't nap for longer than 30mins and only once or twice a day... BUT she has been sleeping through since approx 7 weeks old and has always been 12hrs at a time so I wouldn't expect her to sleep much in the day. x

Re: What are your routines?timings?
I can't remember how old she is but sounds about right. We don't have nap/play routines but we fit them in round feeds which are at rougly 6.30-7, 10, 1pm and 4pm then 7pm bedtime feed.
Usually he will sleep a fair bit between the first two (or chat to himself, I am not amusing him then!).
Then we sometimes have a morning activity before the 1pm feed, sometimes we take the 10am feed to that or fit it in before going out.
Other days we have an afternoon activity.
In the slots when we don't go out (sometimes we'll just go to park/shops which is mainly him in the buggy watching what's going on - he doesn't sleep if we're only out for 1/2 hr in the buggy any more), he'll play on the floor while I potter or read something or do a bit of knitting, and chat to him at the same time, or he'll be in his bouncy chair while I do something in the kitchen, or we sit on the floor together and listen to Radio 2 and dance around, or I try and teach him disco moves to something on Youtube.
He doesn't fall asleep quite as easily as he did so if he's whingeing and rubbing his eyes I pop him in his cot with the mobile for a bit to see if that sends him off, but if it doesn't, he usually sleeps later (as I say sometimes for 2 hrs at a stretch, sometimes just 20 mins).
He usually has either a short sleep between all the feeds (at least 20 mins) or a v long sleep around 1.30-2 or even around 4.30 till sometimes 6.30 and then wake up for bath/bed!
We dropped the 11pm/1am ish feed about 2-3 weeks ago
.
We haven't started solids yet but I think it will be a small serving of veg at lunchtime to start with.

Re: What are your routines?timings?
Baby S was napping at least that much at 15 weeks, probably loads more (but remember he was a bit early).
Anyway he's now 23 weeks corrected and he would nap that much some days if he's had a hard day the day before!

Til she was at least 1, DD was napping 3 times a day for between 1 and 2 hours each time - loved her sleep!

I wish my little G would sleep more! She is like a duracell bunny! Usually only has one or two short naps a day, may be more if we're out in the car. We are struggling to get her to bed before 10pm. Tonight was 10.45, although we are being stricter about bed time routine and things are improving. Once she is asleep she'll go until 5 or 6 then back down until 8 ish.
They're all so different! B loves her sleep and slept through from 16 weeks although she recently dropped her daytime nap.
I'm exhausted and would kill for a little nap!
