I would be wary of mainstream deodorants like Lynx and stuff, especially in one so young, because of all the vile crap in them.

Pre-teen boys are hardwired to love Lynx
When they are older they tend to like even more expensive stuff ....

My dh likes women's sure as it smells fresh and it really is true doesn't smell feminine really - cotton fresh etc are just fresh
Before he left marines he converted half his unit to the women's sure! They are very active and sweaty in their job and they said men's often left them a bit smelly

I quite like Lynx. Maybe years of being subjected to it have desensitised me

Preferable to the alternative anyway
I can't remember what deo my lot had at that age. Something mainstream like Sure anyway. I wasn't keen on the chemicals but anything less hardcore just didn't cut it.

My son likes Rightguard or Adidas. I'm not keen on lynx but it's preferable to au naturale :)

This is the one that DS has used for the past couple of years - although he showers everyday (twice a day when we were abroad because of the heat) he likes to smell nice bless him.

Thank you - we went for a Body Shop one (in blue!) and then he forgot to put it on this morning
