So the deadline was today & the last few came back this week

I had to send a few reminders out but we said we weren't going to continuously chase people.

I needed them back by today as I'm off t the venue next week to give numbers what people want to eat & have to pay for everything. This is where my biggest expense is out of the whole thing, I'm dreading parting with so much cash either though it's for a good thing....

Can't believe though that more than 8 weeks before it all has to be paid for & if people drop out now it's tough we have paid for it & won't get the money back so let's hope that not to many/if any drop out

Gosh it's not long now is it! Glad you got all your replies back. I had to chase quite a few people. We only had a couple of last minute drop outs. One person was ill and someone else had to take their son to A&E rather urgently so couldn't be helped really!

Yay, such a relief. Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and everyone turns up.
