It's unbelievable how people are sold things they don't really need or upsold at a time when they are obviously distressed.

I can't watch it here but that's horrible. I think some people will take advantage in any situation.

its such a shame they feel they need to operate like this - the undertakers we used for my mum (and my dad) were wonderful (alot was pre done by mum and dad they knew what they wanted) My sister wanted all singing all dancing wreaths etc and when a man who is wearing a £7k watch and is using a £750 pen tells you its too costly and maybe you should be chosing something else know you have chosen the right company
