Thanks. The Sherwood Pines one looks similar to Fineshade Woods that we visit regularly. They are both Forestry Commission sites.DS July 2003, DD1 January 2005, DD2 August 2008

We were at Rufford today, it was really nice. A lot of the things looked very new eg in the children's garden.
Our children enjoyed it, all very simple but fun. Thanks!

We went to Sherwood Pines today. We only managed to have lunch and go to the park nearest the cafe before it rained. The childlren loved it and said they prefered it to Rufford Abbey.
They bought Robin Hood bows and arrows. They'd seen them at Center Parca but were 50% cheaper here.
