I can't imagine how devastated her 11yo will be feeling right now, it was just the 2 of them for so long. The only good thing is that she now has a Dad and a sister to help her through (her natural father has never seen her or had any interest, left when L found out she was pregnant).
I'm also a bit sad that I hadn't seen her this year - I knew her through the speedway and I don't get the chance to go these days so I've only chatted to her via facebook, with the usual great intentions of meeting up or going to the speedway one week to catch up with her there.
