I'll start an update but it will be in bits...

......as I can't start spending as much time on here again as I used to (which was mainly why I disappeared!)

My Dad sadly died on 18th December last year following a very long battle with cancer. He was rediagnosed 18 months previously and gradually it spreadthroughout his body. He died exactly 1 week before Christmas in an amazing hospice that he spent the last 2.5 weeks of his life in. The staff were fabulous and he went very peacefully. I went into auto pilot organising the funeral etc and for 2 weeks i was 'fine'but then it hit me. I had 3 months of work as i was a wreck. Im back at work now having had bereavement counselling and things seem on the up again. Ive had incredible support from DH and some fantastic friends including 2 ex damsels. Jack has kept me going too. He has grown into what people up north describe as ' a real card' He is very funny with his old man like statements.

Anyway Ill leave it there for now.
