That time of year again ... gifts for Teachers, any inspirational ideas?!

Mine are keeping the same teachers for the next year (which i'm delighted about) so i'm contemplating just a giant cupcake into the staff room for them all to enjoy.

However, DS2's teacher is having a very tough time at home (I know her outside school) so i'm tempted to give her something to treat herself with?

I'm getting DS1's teacher and the 3 TAs a little strawberry plant each and getting DS to decorate the pot. Well, that's the plan, I might need to get a move on with it so he has time to create his masterpieces

Love the apple covers though

Got these colouring in Thank You Teacher Cards in M&S today - 4 in a pack for £3.50. They had lots of other nice cards and gift bags and bits and pieces too

We can also do hearts for wedding gifts, anniversaries, memorable places such as honeymoons, where you got engaged, the hospital you had your child in etc, etc.

I ordered a heart with the place my pals were married and a heart with the Kirk we were married in and they came today

I only paid for them on...Monday? Maybe even Tuesday. Great service!

My plaques came today, I ordered Wednesday as well. I paid for 1st class as school breaks up on Wed and I didn't want to gamble on it ... they are lovely, larger than I expected, and I think the teachers will love them.
They are in thin jiffy bags, so no problem going through normal letterboxes

I ended up buying these insulated travel mugs and a few sachets of highlights to pop inside them. I know that 1 of the teachers is a very keen camper and the other always has a coffee mug on her desk so figured they might get some use of them!

I like this idea! Didn't Wilkinsons have nice porcelain mug like that at Christmas?

We don't have a Wilkinsons here so mine are from Argos at £4.68 each!

They're not the ceramic type unfortunately (which i'd have preferred) but i'm limited for shops to purchase where I live so I took these since school finishes this week.
