Any Jillian Michaels Dvd's

Thought id set up a thread for use by anyone doing any Jillian Michaels workout dvds. We can give reviews, support, results ect.

I started with 30 day shred which i found great. Then i moved on to Ripped In 30 which seems a bit harder, i have just done level 2. I also have done No More Trouble Zones today for the first time and boy did it give me a workout!

Ive got a few others that i haven't used yet.

So anyone want to join me in this thread?

Ive just started the 30 day shred. Done 5 days so far. Have a day off today and will either do L1 or a 10k run tomorrow

What kind of results did you get with the 30 day shred?

I lost 8lbs in the 30 days, I did 30 days straight.

I also lost 10 inches in total. 5 off my waist, 4 off my hips and 1 off my thighs. I also lost under bust but didn't think of measuring there to start with.

Def take before pics!! I cant see the difference but clothes feel better fitting.

I started with 30ds then bought Banish fat boost metabolism and last week bought no more trouble zones and ripped in 30. I found a rotation plan on line which I might try and follow. I really like no more trouble zones. My stomach muscles and arms got a really good workout.

I have Banish Fat and No More Trouble Zones. Not used them for ages but really rate both hardcore kick ass workouts
