probably a good idea twirly. How are you doing? is it still just the two of us?

I'm ten weeks today and feeling ok. Himself came to pick me up from work but he was early and instead of going into the computer shop he went into Mothercare We had a look at prams and pushchairs but I got a bit overwhelmed

Hi, yeah I'm fine, just really tired. I don't dare sit down for too long in case I fall asleep. Actually most days I have a little doze if I can, though not at work obviously! I've got 2 long days thurs and fri at work, 07.30-20.15 not sure how I'll survive!
Yeah still just the 2 of us, there is someone else who has announced being pregnant who I suspect might be due in Feb but she's posting under a secret name like you too!
Oh yes prams are overwhelming! There are lots of damsel experts though when you're ready to research. We've still got the silvercross pram from when ruby was a baby and the maclaren pushchair Thomas is still using.

I'm guessing I'll be joining in here then - Hello!

Have realised that I was eating chips with ketchup last week (don't normally like chips and hate ketchup) so should have guessed something was going on

Have you seen GP and started booking in for scans etc yet? I'll call my GP in the morning, if nothing else, I need to get my thyroid meds increased - and hope that the fab consultant we had last time has not retired

I know I'm really jumping ahead here but this will be c-section No 3! They told me last time that they don't like to do more than 2. Ooops!

    Sorry for brain dump

    Hx

    Hi Helcatt!

Yay! I'm 8 weeks tomorrow. Had booking in appointment already and had appointment through for my scan although I'm going to have to change it as I'm working the night before.
How many weeks do you think you are? I'm on thyroxine too, were you on it when you were pregnant before? How early on was your dose increased? I'm waiting for a consultant appointment to monitor my thyroxine requirements.

hi Helcatt, nice to see you here!

I'm 11 weeks on Tuesday, had my booking in appointment two weeks ago and was told I'd get my scan date in the post but haven't had anything yet. I think I might phone them if nothing arrives tomorrow. I don't want to be a pain in the arse but I would like a wee bit of notice.

A friend of mine had 3 sections and she was fine so I'm sure you'll be grand.

I've been feeling rough as anything all week which is quite odd as I was fine for the first 10 weeks?!? I'm finding eating little and often usually helps but not always

    Thyroxine is a strange one

With DD2, they upped the dose straight away and monitored all the way through, with DD3, they waited until bloods showed that it needed upping later on in pg

Who knows what they will do this time

Well, if we go by LMP, it makes me 8 weeks

But my cycles are longer, usually so a rough guess would be 4+4

Either way, delivery at 37 weeks, I should think, so likely to be end of Jan baby, if all goes to plan

Though dh thinks that his expertise on the front indicates I am further along than I think. But I had a BFN about 10 days ago - not that that means much seeing as they were so out of date but........

All vague and up in the air

And I think we are still in shock, plus grinning like cheshire cats

Dh is now feeling vindicated on the not wanting to go down the fertility treatment route again too

I found that before, which is probably why I gained so much weight. Am determined not to slob out and eat all through this one as I have only just got back to the weight I was when I fell pg with DD3

Just checked on Fertility friend and it worked out (if my guess at ov is correct) that am due on the 27th of feb, or there abouts

so, anywhere between the 4th and 27th then - thats concise, must stop rambling and get some sleep, start work at 7:30

Seeing Chiropractor after work, should I tell him? And then planning a swim after. Was going to do the Legs Bums and Tums class but think hat might be a bit much, though I was doing really well last week

I'd tell the Chiropractor Helcatt, just to be on the safe side. Legs bums and tums sounds a bit strenuous to me but if you're used to it I guess it'd be fine.

I'm 11 weeks today I phoned to find out about my scan and apparently it's on Monday!! Nothing like getting a bit of notice, letter will probably turn up on Saturday

Feeling rough again today and have a sore tongue Don't know if it's pregnancy related or not but it's annoying. Suspect it's probably something to do with all the fruit I'm eating?
