Yeah it should be 2l+ per day LR. Possibly more whilst preggers. I average 2.5-3l water/squash a day.
I'm rubbish at drinking lots if it's in a glass, so I bought a multipack of Evian, & as soon as one is finished, I refill it & put it in the fridge, so I always have a cold bottle available. Whichever one I'm drinking from, I take around the house with me & drink some everytime I pass it.
I do wee pretty regularly, but not constantly or anything

Yes I wee a lot! I try to make sure I drink when I'm going to be at home or near a loo and don't drink late in the evening.

Re: How much water do you drink?
I sometimes only drink about 500ml of fluid during the day, something I am trying to work on increasing at the moment. I think I mistake thirst for hunger so I might have a little something to eat instead which isnt good!
I am trying to crack giving up carbs but find it very hard, im not mad on plain water and I dont like diet drinks either. I wonder whether a low sugar/sugar free cordial with water might be better as even though I would still be having those sugars the benefits of the additional water might outweigh that.
You do have to be careful not to drink too much water too, not sure of the levels though!

Holly I used to hate water and only drank squash but I gave them up cold turkey last year and it wasn't long until I had a taste for water. Make yourself drink it for a week or so and see what happens.

Not nearly enough, one glass if I'm lucky and I have to force that down. The rest is tea and coffee.
If it hasn't got caffeine, bubbles or alcohol in, I'm not interested.
