Recipe for chicken thighs with bone in?
Sorry for the ditzy food threads tonight
I bought some chicken thighs this week and realised when I came to cook the first lot for chicken nuggets for the kids that they had bones in them still
I hacked the flesh off the bones that time but I've another lot that needs using up b y tomorrow.
Has anyone got any bone-in chicken thigh recipes? Could be kids, could be for me (DH away) or both.
Thanks in advance.

Coq-au-vin is nice, but anything slow cooked or roasted is good as it brings out the flavour. You could also poach them in stock, then remove the cooked meat and use in a pie or curry.

I was going to suggest the Gok recipe too- it's a firm favourite with my kids.

Can't link as on phone, but there is a lovely Jamie recipe for a chicken traybake with lemon and tomatoes. I love thighs, they are great to jerk too.
