Do you still go out and get drunk?

God yes - its the only thing that makes me remember there's life outside the toddler bubble I do pay for it the next day though but I figure it's a sacrifice worth making

I go out once a week usually and do get drunk. And yes I feel pretty rough the next day but have just mastered the art of dealing with the 4 kids when hungover.

I've just been thinking about this... when I go out (or in) with my girlfriends I do invariably end up a bit drunk, but with my DH I prefer not to drink too much, more because I don't like him when he is drunk and he has a bit of a problem with booze so it just makes me sad.

This thread is making me want wine!

I still go out, get totally bladdered, dance like a loon and go home carrying my shoes at 3am then spend the rest of the day being sick *classy*

I go out lots without getting drunk, and I never set out to get drunk but every so often it happens and I spend the next day whining how "I'm never drinking again"

I prefer to drink loads, but not get drunk. Still haven't perfected it, but am trying

I get hangovers from hell though since kids, its so unfair as all my friends are total lushes. Especially the ones in Aberdeenshire, funnily enough

me too, I get terribly drunk very very easily on wine, but if I stick to gin then I am fine!

I have a fab group of people to go out with and have fun (don't go clubbing now though ) and tbh, even the nights we visit each others houses instead of going out are always a laugh a minute. And yes we do drink and get merry
