    Is Agnus Castus, EPO and Borage a good combination.

    Sorry to go on about this but, I've been doing lots of research into things that might help my PMT symptoms, mainly mood, breast pain and IBS flareups. I've read a lot of good things about Agnus Castus and EPO/Statflower but also some conflicting info. Do you think they would be try in combination? TIA x.
