What did you get your DH for your 1st Wedding Anniversary?

Lottery scratchcard. Paper and it cost £1. We have continued the same for each of our anniversarys as in you spend the vale of the number of years on the item that is the traditional gift. This year it was £14 on Ivory.

I made a scrapbook of our first year married.

I gave DH a euromillions ticket (paper), with numbers made up from our wedding date. I had also thought about framing our wedding vows.

I bought a lottery ticket using wedding numbers. Actually I got a years subscription for sat and weds draws, except 9 years on I'm still paying monthly as we're too scared our numbers will come up if we stop 😃!
Not won anything more than a tenner in that time!

We don't do gifts. We don't want anything generally, so we don't bother.

We only did for our first, don't bother any more, far better things to spend money on

I wrote out a diary of our wedding day and printed it on really nice card and bound it with gold ribbon

Thanks for the ideas. I think my DH would feel short changed if I went with Queenie's idea (hopefully that's no reflection on me!), since I didn't buy him a Wedding present either.

I booked cheap flights for a weekend away in Glasgow as DH's present (and printed out the e-tickets)

He bought me some Disney prints when we were in Florida.
