It *might* actually happen today!

We could actually be exchanging contracts later today. Our solicitor tried to push it through yesterday but our buyers ex hadn't signed so he apparently went in at 4.30 yesterday and did it.

As far as we know there are no other problems, everyone has agreed a date in June and all the queries are resolved...

I'm going to spend the day feeling physically sick, we first sold in October and this will be our fourth attempt since then.

I know its not life or death but if there are any spare vibes floating around can you point them in this direction please
